Fit just fine. Looks great, good price. A little hard to put on. Make pictures before switch if in doubt. Do one side step switchover at a time.

Factory trim did not fit the same as original GM bumper. For the price it looks good as long as you do not look any closer. My grade is C at best.
It fit my current needs.

The item is powdercoated so yes, it can still be painted. We do not do painting, however. You'll have to find a local shop to do it for you.
