Hi Chris, I'm glad to assist you. This step bumper is with a built in hitch on the inside of the framework of the step bumper (shown on the 6th image on our catalog of this part number-RC82620009). This is designed for a towing package type. While the step bumper with part number RC82620001 is without a hitch built in on the inside of the facebar, and not designed for a towing package.
