THIS WAS A HARD BUMPER TO FIND AND CARPARTS.COM CAME THROUGH AS USUAL!! IT DID COME WITH SOME SCUFFS ON THE END DUE TO SOME PACKAGING ISSUES, BUT IT WAS TOTALLY USABLE.

Hi Eric, I'm glad to assist you. Do you mean if it comes complete with hardware? This is a direct-fit step bumper for the selected vehicle application. This does not come with the main brackets since you can use your original brackets still. The fitment information also says "For Models Without Rear Object Sensor Holes, Production Date To August 8, 2005". Please check the sticker on the driver-side door jamb for the production date of your truck. If the production date is beyond Aug. 8, 2005, this would not be compatible. Answered by Jeonino E. / Sun, Feb 13Yes it does. You do reuse your bolts, brackets, and spare tire rod lowering access cover. Everything else comes with the new bumper.
