Hi, Yes, you can. This step bumper is for with towing package without the maximum towing capacity. For safety precautions, you have to be mindful not to exceed the Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR). Towing capacity refers to the maximum weight that a truck can tow after factoring in the weight of the truck and any cargo. Normally a bumper is rated at about 3500 lbs towing capacity. It is usually stamped somewhere on the bumper or possibly on a sticker.
