No, this is just the face bar with the step pads and the license plate lights. The mounting brackets and parking sensors are not included.

Yes, this is a guaranteed fit for your 2018 Toyota Tundra, all sub models and engine size, but without towing package. You have to look up the step bumper with towing package to match your vehicle original specifications.
