Item comes complete with housing, circuit board, and 3 halogen lamps as shown in the item description. Works great and looks fantastic. Product has a slight gap all around between where it is mounted and the body of the vehicle (see photos).
Suggest to shipping department to use a tougher stronger cardboard shipping box and secure with more tap. The cardboard that the item was shipped in was very thin and easily punctured during shipping process.

I'm not sure but at the price they have , it couldn't be much cheaper I imagine. I would just get an entire lamp.
