Hi Ron, I'm glad to assist you. No, this is not compatible with the 2007 to 2013 Cadillac Escalade EXT models. Unfortunately, we do not carry the passenger side tail light assembly for the Escalade EXT models. This fits the regular Cadillac Escalade only, 2007 to 2014 (not the EXT). Still, you might need other parts such as headlights, fog lights, grille and others. We do carry this parts today. Please browse our catalog listing for this additional parts you may need.
