Not a horrible experience, just a worthless and costly one. The part was listed on the web site as a "Passenger Side" tail light, which is what I needed. When it arrived, it was the driver's side tail light and the two are not interchangeable. Sure, everyone makes mistakes, including me. But it's important to make it right. First, it took an inordinate amount to time for the part to arrive, but this might be an accident of geography. When it arrived, I had to re-box it and take it to the Post Office for return shipping. I received a refund for the part, but not for the shipping costs on either end. They need to work a bit harder at this business, in my opinion.
