Hi Barry, thank you for reaching out. It is common to experience those since the temperature inside the tail light is hotter than the outside temperature. The moisture condenses into water droplets inside the tail light. However, if there's water inside the tail light after heavy rain or a car wash, there might be a leak between the housing and the lens of the tail light.
