I purchased this passenger tail light for my 2022 Sprinter Van. It was nearly identical to OEM in fit and finish except for the six electrical pins. They were in a weird offset pattern and I was initially unable to put the connector from the van back on. I looked at my old tail light and discovered that the six electrical pins were in a perfect line down the middle of the electrical socket. Fortunately, the pins on the replacement part were quite easy to realign with a flathead screwdriver. The connector went right on after adjusting the pins. I pried out the rear plastic pins with a car door panel removal tool without breaking them. Unfortunately, the bottom pin came out of the Van's sheet metal with the female grommet attached. I was able to wrangle the grommet off the pin and reinstall it in the van's sheet metal. Took less than ten minutes to complete. Everything works!

Fast service, great price, exact fit!!! 2 T25 screws to undo Slide out towards back Unhook electrical plug Take new part Slide and pop in Fasten 2 T25 Done, 4 minutes. Easiest replacement part ever with great fit and great price!!!
