Hi Edward,
The tail light is with clear lens and red lens for the stop light, turn signal light and back up light as well. The tint(clear) and material make, fit and size matches the factory OEM original tail light specifications. This is not with tinted lens.

Yes, this driver side tail light will definitely match what's on the passenger side of the Toyota Highlander. It will have the same lens and fitment as the original one.
