My experience was very positive. I looked through the website found my car part and I ordered it. My package was shipped. The shipping with FedEX was a problem. They told me my package would be delivered between 8:30-1:30. I made my appointment at the garage and then the package didn't show up until 5:30 after the shop was closed. I had to wait until after the week end. The Auto car website got my order done correctly it was the shipping that was an issue. So you can see it is "part of" the whole picture. For me, the lens was broken on the quarter panel piece so that is what I ordered. It was super easy to remove and replace.
