Perfect fit, fair price, only problem I had was that the original delivery date at time of purchase was set to arrive on the 31st, the company didn't even ship it till the 30th and so it didn't arrive until the 4th.

No, the part does not come with clips. You should be able to reuse the original clips if you still have them. Installation was pretty straight-forward and easy.

Yes remove old lock cylinder from original and install in replacement everything else is there just remember dont overtighten screws when reassembling
