Perfect fit for my 2010 GMC Canyon. You do need to keep EVERY piece of hardware off the old door. Every screw clip and opening mechanism. Everything fit perfectly and it works exactly like the original tailgate.

Hi Joe, It comes with the lower bottom hinge guide roller bracket. But, this item does not come with rest of the installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.
