Almost an exact fit. Some features were different. Caused me to make some modifications to the tailgate so the inside door latch trim would fit. Other than that, nice fit.

Worked great… but the 2006 golden eagle tailgate has a vent in the middle and no good options to cut one in. The cover for the inside latch has a different mounting I will need to modify the old one to fit.

Hi Greg, I'll be glad to assist you. This kit doesn't include the weatherstrip seals. You can reuse the original weatherstrip seals if those are still in good condition.
