Does not fit F Code 5L GM blockGates Oe Replacement Thermostat
1.0/5
Even though advertised as a "Direct Fit" the part was a smaller diameter (48mm compared to the 54mm original) and about 1/8th inch too tall for my application. It may fit an E code throttle body engine but not my 1991 F code fuel injected engine. Returning for refund.

Question: How do I know it's the thermostat that water   coolantis dripping out of the car?Jeff G. / Jan 14, 2021
Hello! The best way is to use a pressure tester to be able to identify where leaks are coming from.

I wouldn’t be the thermostat itself leaking, it would be the housing around it that is cracked or otherwise damaged or hose going to the housing. When changing the thermostat take care to tighten the housing evenly or it will crack. Good luck.

Question: does it come with gasket?A Shopper / Nov 04, 2020
Hi, No, the gasket is not included. It is sold separately, or you can check under the year, make, and model of the vehicle, if we offer a set with the gasket.
