Hi Marshall, Yes, this has the built in throttle position sensor which is located on the black plastic housing with socket connector.

Yes the position sensor and actuator are the electronic parts on the side in the black plastic. Note; replacing an old unit with a new one may, require technician to perform OBDII relearn procedure before the new part to right.
