I was able to install this with no problem and it did NOT require programming by an auto shop. There is a re-learning process, which seemed to be completed after the 2nd driving experience. The car ran fine when "learning" but was right as rain within a few drives!

Paul, after installation, when you turn on the key, you will hear the computer resetting itself for the new throttle body, give a minute or two before starting the engine.
