Hi Keith, I'm glad to assist you. It will not come with the idle air control valve. But, this throttle body assembly is with a built in throttle position sensor included. It’s an electronic throttle body it doesn’t need a control valve the ecu controls the idle speed

Hi Veronica, This is not compatible. The correct part numbers are A1678004(remanufactured) and A16E8004(new) for the 6 cylinder. While part numbers A1678015(remanufactured) and A16E8015(new) for the 4 cylinder engine of your 2013 Toyota Camry. This part comes with the throttle position sensor already as well.
