finally found this "torque arm" bushingTorque Rod Bushing - Red, Polyurethane, Direct Fit

the install took only one hour. the only thing i did differently , was i ground the old rivets off holding the inner metal plate,while still attached to the vehicle. impossible to remove from transmission
without many other steps. i.e. trans.mount,one motor mount.
