Hi Dave,
This item does not include the O-ring. We suggest getting the O-ring locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Tue, Mar 02Mine didn't and even when you look up how to do the replacement online the people say to just use the O ring from the old one, which is what I did. Very easy job, took me 10 minutes, didn't lift car just crawled under. Just make sure to be delicate with the electric wires and clips so not to snap any plastic clips.
