You never realize how much you use your trunk until you can't get it open :( Ordered a placement actuator to address the problem and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Part was an exact match, was able to quickly replace the part and restore access to my trunk. Only negative was that the part took a bit longer to get then originally anticipated.

The mechanical portion of the lock did not work. I straightened out the rod at the lock end which gave it enough push to open the lock.
