Question: Hi there I replaced this multi purpose switch, but the high/low beam did not work…what could be wrong?Keith S. / May 29, 2022
Hi Keith, I'm glad to assist you. It is possible there is a mismatch of some sort. Check the socket connectors if there are no loose terminals. You can also unplug and plug the socket connectors securely again. For us to double-check, please provide the complete information of your vehicle (year, make, model, submodel, and engine size). The 17-character VIN would also be very helpful. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.

The C is two wheel drive and the K is four wheel drive. Almost everything else is the same.

GM didn’t change many thing like that till the late 90’s so more than likely it will work. It is just pressed in by hand once you fish the wire down through the column using the old wire to pull.

Answered by William W. / Wed, Jul 13Question: My original switch has no delay but this does..will it still fit my 86 k5 blazer??Bryan M. / Jan 05, 2023
Hi Bryan, I'm glad to assist you. No, it won't. Unfortunately, we don't carry turn signal switches not equipped with wiper delays for the 1986 K5 Blazer. We suggest checking the local part stores around your area on what they have available to offer you. I hope this helps, and we thank you for inquiring.

I believe that the switch would fit, but the wiring harness won't be compatible.

I’m not sure but GM standardized many parts so most likely. The wiring connector might be different but if your electrically inclined is shouldn’t be an issue.
