You don't remove the steering wheel. You remove the top and bottom cover where you steering wheel goes into the dash, if I recall correctly it's about 3-4 screws. It's about a 10-15 min job total. Search for a video on youtube to see it done before hand, that's what I did.

If you are just replacing the blinker switch assembly, you do not have to remove the steering wheel. https://youtu.be/IN4WptXMIuo This video will show you how to replace the assembly.

Take the cover off that goes around the steering column there is little bolts on the bottom you take out and can remove the cover to get to the switch

There are some screws on the bottom of the column shouldn’t have to remove the wheel itself just the plastic housing

There is a separate dial on the dash panel, just left of the A/C control. It is not on the turn signal stalk. I have a 2007 Durango, but it is not a Limited edition. However, there should be no difference.

Yes it does but if your truck's windshield wipers aren't working properly it might be the motor itself. I bought this thinking it was my problem but it wasn't.

Question: Mine has wiper delay your says it doesn't?Kirk W. / Jan 02, 2024
Hi Kirk, I'm pleased to assist you. The wiper delay is a feature of the wiper motor and not of the turn signal switch. The wiper motor controls the speed and intermittent delay of the wipers, while the turn signal switch is responsible for activating the turn signals and other related functions.
