Hi Jesse,
As per checking, this item does not come with the brackets and installation hardware. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Mon, Mar 22No it doesn't come with the brackets because it is a direct fit to the 2011 and up Durango. If you look at the picture you will see the mounting holes which will line up on the vehicle. Hope this helps.
