I appreciated the quick delivery and quality of the part but was disappointed about three things:
1) There were no instructions/video demonstrations of how to install this. I can't get the valance to snap into all of the holes correctly so there is a small gap and I'm wondering if there's a trick or technique that would have been included in a video
2) The original equipment I was replacing was painted to match the bumper. This is only available in unpainted black. It looks OK but doesn't match the bumper.
3) I could not buy the fasteners needed to install the part (as the existing ones had snapped and needed replacement) and had to go to a local auto parts store to buy them
To be honest, these are not faults of <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com</a> as no other site had instructions, painted valances, or sold the fasteners, but something buyers should be aware of before buying this instead of taking their car to a body shop. This was definitely a much cheaper way to go and I had only positive experiences with <a href="http://carparts.com" target="_blank">carparts.com.</a>
