Hi C, I'm glad to help you out. This part is guaranteed to fit the 2003-2008 Toyota Matrix XR all engines. It is simple and easy to replace. This has 3 snap-on for attachment with screws at the back. You need to remove the screws at the back and slowly remove the part. Then replace the valance and secure it with screws. Please check your email as I will send you the diagram so you can have an idea of the part itself. You can also refer to the vehicle service manual for additional instructions. I hope this helps.
