Part came very quickly and yes did fit my 2016 Mustang. Altlhough I thought the price was too much for such a smalll piece of plastic , it was still cheaper on this site than other site.

Yes, this requires installation hardware, but we don't carry them for the Mustang. We suggest checking the Ford dealership for availability and for how many are needed.

Hi Russell,
Just look under there, it's pretty self-explanatory. The bumper comes off first without the valance. Remove the two small screws at each end of the center rubber strip and then pull the rubber off carefully. If you are lucky, the small plastic retaining clips will pop out of the bumper - if you're not, they will snap off. Yes, you can reuse the hardware.

This is the stock replacement factory valance. This is not for the models equipped with the Performance Package and 50th Anniversary Edition.
