Answered by Grace G. / Tue, Sep 20No ...this lower valance is for the bottom of a bumper. You are either talking about the "A" pillar which is the metal body part or you maybe talking about the windsheild moulding depending on the year car your working on ... some older style cars 1966- 1980 had the wide windsheild moulding that almost looks like this part.
