Hi Joseph,
Valve cover gasket designs vary depending on the type of engine it fits on. You can check the VIN, owner's manual, or OEM number to match the original valve cover gasket.

Answered by Jay G. / Thu, Oct 29The gasket at the top is the 2nd design for the gm 3.6 motor. The original gasket was thin on the left side like the lower one in the picture. The thicker end was developed to block off part of the PCV port under the passenger side valve cover to reduce oil from getting into the PCV tube to reduce oil consumption.

Hello! The small seals are valve guide seals. The larger round seals are for the spark plug holes.
