This came in as expected. Everything is an exact fit. Only thing is, it says oil cap is included with the purchase...but it was not.

Yes. The PCV valve is included, it is built-in into the valve cover(with protruding tube).

It was over a year ago when I bought & installed this assembly on my daughter’s Elantra. However, if I remember correctly, it came exactly as depicted in the photo.
