Hi Sharon, I'm pleased to assist you. No, they are not compatible. The vapor canister vent solenoid harness is a component of the evaporative emissions (EVAP) system, which prevents fuel vapors from escaping into the atmosphere. The vapor canister filter is a separate component that traps fuel vapors in the EVAP system.
