But then the part came on Saturday, which may be very happy. The part was easy to put on talk about five minutes and my car is running right now. Thank you.

Question: Do I need the housing ?Terrence T. / Apr 01, 2025
Hi Terrence, I am pleased to assist you. You typically only need the solenoid itself. The housing is usually part of the engine block or another component and does not need to be replaced unless it is damaged. If the housing is damaged or corroded, you might need to address that separately. It's always a good idea to consult a repair manual or a professional mechanic if you're unsure. If your 2009 Nissan Altima is compatible with this product, use the link below to order while the part is in stock. I hope this helps, and enjoy shopping!
