It fit the car perfectly. However that did not solve my problem. The car is still overheating. I believe it could possibly be the thermostat not opening like it should.

Hi Rey, I'm glad to assist you. This is not compatible with the TSX model with a 2.4L engine. But it does fit a 2005 to 2008 Acura TL Types-S 3.2L engine.
