Yes, this wheel hub assembly is guaranteed to fit the 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD, 2-Wheel ABS, RWD, 2-Wheel ABS. It is interchangeable for both sides, so you can order 2 pieces of this.

This is without the ABS sensor. As per checking, I found 2 options for the front wheel hub assembly. The part numbers are ARBD283701 (2WD-Truedrive brand) and TMSP500100 (4WD-Timken brand), and both comes with the ABS sensor. Please click the link below to see it.
