I opened the boxes to find 2 of the rims bent. Then contacted carparts .com who arranged to have FEDEX come last Monday. FEDEX ended up showing up Tuesday afternoon but refused to take the box's..I then took the box's to the FEDEX store and spent a 1/2 hour on the phone to get the shipping label emailed to me. FEDEX was able to then print the label and ship the box. I was told I would get a refund plus 20 dollars for my cost. As of right now still no money back.

In regard to the refund, it shows that it was processed on the 8th of October. The additional $20 refund will be processed within 24-48 business hours, but the posting still depends with your bank.

Hi Derek, I'm glad to assist you. The offset plus and minus are not specified because it has the same offset as the factory OEM wheels. Dorman online catalog does not say the offset data as well. What is noted is the bolt pattern and the dimensions (5 x 114.3, 17 x 7.5). It is guaranteed to fit the 2006-2011 Ford Crown Victoria and 2008-2011 Mercury Grand Marquis, all submodels and engines.
