My regulator and motor that I bought 2 weeks early will not work in my 2000 Chevy venture I guess it is a one piece that no longer available. So you sold me two products that will not work . I think your car parts should of known this before you sold these products to me. Now I payed for two parts I can't use. How do I get my money back.

Perfect fit for my 2005 Uplander. The only mistake I made was that the top slide on my Uplander required the square black plastic slide piece to be levered off as only the ball end was needed for the top slide. The video was extremely helpful and I had no problem at all with the actual installation.
(Watch the spring, its really strong).

The unit was well packaged and arrived on time. It didn't come with any instructions, so was a bit challenging to figure out. Since the old unit had to be removed through a fairly small opening in the door, it was tough to compare how the various arms should align. I spent more time head scratching than I did tightening bolts! Once I understood it, the unit fit perfectly and my window works very smoothly now.
