I was originally sent the wrong assembly/part and it did not fit or work of course. I returned it, got the right one, and it did work correctly. I had a 2010 Ford Escape 3.0/6-cylinder.

Yes, This was designed specifically for the Rear Passenger Window. Though my up and down buttons are inverted.

Yes. Passenger side back seat. Do a Goggle video search on how to replace. Mine was a 2004 explorer.
