Question: I have trouble with my left front window going back up. I have a 2009 F150 four door 4x4. The window will jump about 1/8" after a short period , then the same over and over. I sprayed wd40 on the runners. I sometime have to pull on the window to pull up more.  I tried a new switch NO help. So, I think it's the motor over heating. Your thoughts?g P. / May 28, 2021
I am not sure. My driver’s window went down but it took to long to get it back up. I got wet from rain, and I froze in cold weather. Got tired of it, so ordered this part and had my mechanic put it in. Window works great now. I should’ve done it sooner.

I had the same issue. Mine would not operate sometime and would do the same as yours. I watched utube and changed window operator , was not a major deal .

It very well could be, sounds very similar to problem I had. Put in one of these replacement in and no problem since.

Had similar problem... ended up replacing the motor and cable assembly. That fixed it. 2010 STX type.
