Perfect fit, holes lined up, same thread size, works like a charm. Bought this one complete with the motor cause I didn't want to chance the hassle of replacing the regulator and finding the motor was on its last leg. Added some extra grease to assure sufficient lubrication.

Part was a good fit for the original toyota part. It was not pregreased. After instalaltion it gave a "click" noise right before closing the window. I took it apart and reinstalled it a gain. Noise come now once in a while. The part that holds the mnotor was not exactly the same "shape" as the original toyota part. Wonder if that caused teh noise.
