Question: So I just got this part today from you guys for my 2008 infiniti g37 sport. I installed it easily, but the drivers side door will not reset like it is supposed to. The passenger side window reset just fine. But after the tenth time trying to reset the drivers side window I have given up. Is my part faulty? Its supposed to rain everyday this week and I have to leave my window cracked just so I can get in and out of my carNathaniel L. / Nov 24, 2020

If one door doesn't work, but others do, the problem could be a blown fuse. Replacing the fuse will correct the problem. However, if you had replaced the fuse and encounter the same issue, please let us know we can consider the part as defective. We can either process a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
