it's the doodad in the door that you hit to make the windows go uppy-downy. If your doodad looks different, don't purchase this one. (not being snarky, just using non-techy jargon.)

Hi Tj, Based on the problem you are mentioning, the parts you have to replace is the window regulator assembly with motor. The motor is already defective and the cable gears are probably worn out already by now if you have not serviced/or did maintenance replacement for the particular part eversince. Still, we recommend referring to a trusted vehicle specific repair manual for details about troubleshooting, diagnostic and repair. Also, it is o best to consult your trusted local auto repair shop or dealership for this as well if you need to.
