Question: I have drivers door window not going up and down.   Other 3 work fine.  Does this piece sound like the problem?   I dont hear the window trying to go up or down in there like its knocked off it track or anything.  Makes no noise at all when I try it 2011 subaru outbackDevin S. / Sep 14, 2021
Hi Devin, I'm glad to assist you. No. What you need is a window regulator. We have one available for the 2011 Subaru Outback for direct ordering at this link: https://www.carparts.com/window-regulator/replacement/reps462936?can=CPAE1047 I hope this helps and happy shopping.

I just went through this. Both driver side windows stopped working. Replaced with this switch and the rear worked, but the front didn’t. I put my hand on the window motor and felt it click meaning it was getting power from the switch. So I ordered a bee regulator/motor.

Hi Josh, thank you for reaching out! It is one of the possibilities. We suggest getting it physically checked to be certain. Have a great day!

Question: Hey my 2012 Subaru Impreza driver side window will go down but it’s jumpy when I roll it up and I have to hit the switch like 15 or so times to get the window all the way up. Every other window works fine. Is this part I need?Joey7 / Sep 25, 2023
Hi Joseph, I'm glad to assist you. No, not necessarily. It could be the whole window regulator is already faulty already. Can you provide the VIN or the details of your vehicle (year, make, model, submodel, and engine size)?

Question: Over time I have lost control of all windows in my 2012 subaru outback limited.  Now only the two fron windows can be controled or operated by their switches or my master switch. For a while the rear passenger could not be operated by me but could be operated by that door's switch. The driver side rear door the switch hasnt worked in a long time but my drivers master could.  Now none of the rear ones work from thier door or the drivers. And I am wonderimg if just all my swtiches have gone bad or something else.  Would this part help me gain control back for all windows at least from the drivers seat?LARA K. / Jul 24, 2023
Hi Lara, I'm glad to assist you. It is best to have the main switch replaced for now and the ones on the doors should be replaced as well if those are still not functioning even if the main switch is brand new already. Grab our affordable price and click the link below to buy it today. Happy shopping! https://www.carparts.com/window-switch/replacement/rs50520006?can=cpje1043_CSQA_20230724
