Tight fit, maybe too tight.Windshield Molding

The part seems to be of very good quality and looks identical to the original. After watching all the tutorial installation videos I could find, I waited for a hot day like was recommended to do the install. I spent a great deal of time removing and cleaning all the gunk out of the windshield channel and had it spotless. However, trying to install the new gasket was very difficult.It didn't really seem like it was even possible to get it into the channel. I ended up actually damaging the ends of the new gasket somewhat, but finally got it in, except for the one end which is now lifted up a little bit. I am hoping that after a few more hot days it will lay down better. I knew going in, that it would be a tight fit, but it was much more challenging than I could have imagined, and took a lot of force, and rubber mallets, and patience.
