The wiper shaft splines did not match the factory wiper arms, so I have requested a RMA and requested a refund.

Super excellent for the price. Whoever copied it and made it in China even left the whole's in the long wiper shafts that were used for a rivet and clamp on the Toyota model but not on their design.
The only negative would be you need to add one or two days to the promised delivery date. I went down to the post office in the evening just before closing to pick it up, instead of waiting for the delivery the next day which would've made it a day late.

Question: Does this include the gasket/ bushing/ grommet/ clips/ whatever parts needed to connect the arm to the wiper motor also?Todd V. / Mar 25, 2021

No. Those related parts you asked about are not included. This is just the wiper linkage. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store. They sell them at most auto parts stores.

Answered by Grace G. / Thu, Mar 25I bought this solely because the bushing was broken. It came with everything I needed. One difference is that the original had bolts that screwed into the pieces that hold the wiper blades. This one has nuts and bolts and getting your hand in and under is difficult. Next time, I would bring the bolts up from the bottom and put the nuts on top.

Hi Angela, I'm glad to assist you. No. It is for the front windshield wiper assembly. We do not carry the one for the liftgate of the selected vehicle application.
