No, this is for the 1993 Chevrolet P30 cargo van only. It comes with the circuit board for wiper delay.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Sat, Jan 23I replaced the wiper motor on my 1991 Chevy Cheyenne Pickup. It was an exact match and all harness assemblies fit. The wipers were equipped with a wiper delay and the wiper delay works as it should. I don’t know about a 1994 model. It is perfect for the 1991

Answered by Aldrin P. / Mon, Nov 28I PURCHASED THIS WIPER TWO YEARS AGO AND IT IS WORKING PERFECTLY. I REMOVED THE OLD WIPER ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLED THIS ONE AND DID NOT ELSE. So I WOULD SAY ALL THE CONTROLS YOU NEED ARE IN THE NEW WIPER ASSEMBLY.

Answered by Mitchell D. / Wed, Aug 04You need to put a thread locking liquid on the threads of the bolt or nut. Locktite (Sp?) and other brands will work. It's blue liquid that keeps the bolt from coming loose but allows you to remove it with a wrench. You can pick this up at any auto parts store or hardware.
