Hi John-
There is only 1 motor listed for the YJ. The intermittent operation is controlled through the switches on the column and dash. This will function as your motor was optioned from the factory.

The intermittent function is controlled by a separate module underneath the dash. Your vehicle may or may not have this option from the factory.
