I gave 4 stars because although it was an exact fit, it made a crunching sound when actuated. Turned out I didn't need to replace the OEM so didn't have to use it.

Worked perfectly. Would have liked to have the screws included but was able to pick up a few #6 sheet metal screws from Home Depot which worked fine.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Mon, Dec 26Very easy, three screws. Look at you tube for removal of front dash radio panel. There are three of these. One is behind the glove box. After you switch out the unit you need to cycle they to get it to orient correctly.

The operating voltage is 12 volts although this is not mentioned anymore since it is a direct fit part for your selected vehicle application only.
