Aside from the blend door actuator, there are several factors that could cause the issue, such as the fuse, the relay, or wirings. We highly recommend that a certified mechanic diagnose the vehicle to pinpoint what part needs replacement.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Tue, Sep 29If you turn the control knob to heat and hear clicking noise but no heat from vent your hvac heating blend door actuator is broken. Make sure you know which part you have to order. Your car may have manual temp control or automatic hence your actuator need to match that.

Hello! The actual flap itself tends to break on your model. It's possible to see the arm that connects the actuator to the blend door if you lower the glove box
