It has been a while since I did this (2011 GMC Acadia) but I believe the actuators are all the same.

Hello,
No, they are different. This part#RG41020001 is the mode, temperature HVAC Heater Blend Door Actuator. The part #RG41020002 is for the temperature, air inlet.

Question: I have a 2010 Chevy traverse ltz that the front vents are stuck on defrost. Would this be the correct actuator to fix that problem?Kyle D. / Oct 23, 2020
Hi Kyle,
The HVAC blend door motor/air door actuator directs the flow of air in the vehicle's cabin. If the motor burns out or the shaft cracks, the “door” can get stuck in one position, leading to improper ventilation.
We also highly recommend having the vehicle diagnosed by a certified mechanic to pinpoint what part needs replacement.

Question: I need both the hot/cold blend and the defrost/vent/floor selector - which one is this?Andrew H. / Jun 17, 2020
This is the actuator on the driver side. Controls the heat and ac into the drivers side vents.
